Vertical forest building: planting back the lost forests of the Earth
Each floor of the building rotates approximately 4.5 degrees clockwise, from the 2nd floor to the 21st floor, the building rotates for a total of 90 degrees, creates a large terrace that extends upward infinitely for each home and allows the planting of seven large trees. The 167-square-meter sky garden offers a space for residents to plant grasses, shrubs, vegetables, and herbs to enjoy the pleasure of gardening in the heart of the city.
Natural waterfalls cascading over 10 meters downwards create natural phytoncides
The natural waterfall, over 10 meters high, is built with raw natural stones to present the beauty of the mountains and forests. The water produced by the waterfall combines with the pleasant scent of the trees produce negative ions of natural phytoncides, which are beneficial to physical and mental health. The temperature in the waterfall area is about 8 to 9 degrees Celsius cooler than outdoors during peak summer, making it a great place to cool off, watch fish and take a walk.
